Belly, Baby & Beyond Event!
Saturday, September 26th from 7:00am-1:00pm
Saints Community Church
3740 E Ashlan Ave, Fresno, CA 93726
The Central Valley Multiples Club is sponsoring our third annual baby sale, which serves as a fundraiser for our organization. Items left over from the sale will be donated to the Fresno Rescue Mission and a portion of our proceeds will be used to adopt families with multiple birth children during the Christmas holidays.
We are inviting other parents to join us in this event. You can support our organization (and in turn, other families with children) by consigning and/or donating your gently used maternity wear as well as clothing, toys and gear for babies and children. Of course, you are always invited to attend the event and check out the items from our vendors!
Vendors & Activities
This will be more than just a sale for baby items ! The Saints Community Church is sponsoring a pancake breakfast for $3.00 a plate. There will be a play area outside where parents can supervise their children. There will also be a raffle drawing for prices including a Pizza Fusion Gift Card, Brunch for 2 at Victoria Rose Tea Cottage, & More!
The following local family-oriented vendors will be there during the sale. Please check out the great items and resources they have to provide to members in our community!

Consignment Sale
Members and non-members can support the CVMC and earn money for their families by participating in the consignment sale. You must tag all items before dropping off to one of our drop off locations or to Saints Community Church on September 25th between 2:00 and 6:00 PM.
We are using a Consignment program to tag sale items and track our sales. For those items you wish to sell and make a profit, click on Consignment Manager. You will look up our CVMC event and enter in the items that you are selling. Please start to enter your items at least a few days before the event in case you have questions or need assistance. Please call Stacy Colman at 630-5944 with any questions.
The portion of the profit from selling your items will be based on your membership status and how many hours you work setting up and working during the sale. All consigners must work at least a 2 hour shift on Saturday to earn the highest percentage of the proceeds.
CMVC Members:
Less than 2 hours - earn 50% of your proceeds
Between 2 and 4 hours - earn 70% of your proceeds
More than 4 hours (including at least 2 hours on Saturday) - earn 80% of your proceeds
Non-members:
Less than 2 hours - earn 50% of your proceeds
Between 2 and 4 hours - earn 60% of your proceeds
More than 4 hours (including at least 2 hours on Saturday) - earn 70% of your proceeds
Additional information:
- All barcodes must be printed on cardstock. Pin (or tape, if necessary) barcodes to the top left side of your items before the event or drop off times. Do not put tape directly over the barcode so it scans properly.
- Sign and date the CVMC Belly, Baby, and Beyond Event agreement form and turn it in when you drop off your items. If you forget, we will have extra forms for you to sign when you arrive
- All items will be sold at 50% off during the last hour of the sale. If you DO NOT want your item to be sold at 50% off, put a red dot above the barcode.
- You will need to pick up any tagged items which have not sold by 1:30 pm on Saturday. Items not picked up by then will be donated to a charity or family in need. If you will not be able to pick up your items by this time, you must work out another pick up time with Stacy Colman prior to drop off.
- If you would like your consignment check mailed to you, please bring a self addressed stamped envelope when you drop off your items. If no self-addressed stamped envelope is provided to the sale coordinator, $1 will be deducted from your profit to cover mailing & handling costs.
- All volunteers should wear either the CVMC t-shirts or red shirts during the sale on Saturday.

There are several ways you can donate items to our club:
- Bring the items to Saints Community Church on Friday, September 25th between the hours of 2:00 and 6:00 when we will be setting up for the sale. If you have a few minutes to help, please place your items on the appropriate table or area.
- Give your items to a CVMC member who will bring the items to our sale.
- Drop off a donation at one of our member's homes between September 19th and September 24th. Please contact one of the following club members to set up a time and place to drop off your donation:

Other Ways to Help...
Ask your family and friends if they have items to donate or to sell. If so, pass along this information.
Help us with advertising our sale by passing out flyers to other parents or places where other parents frequent (i.e. pediatrician’s offices, childcare centers, preschools, and so on).
Drop off extra hangers and shopping bags when you bring your consignment and/or donation items.
Volunteer to help us with setting up on Friday evening and/or on Saturday during the sale. You can sign up for a time on the consignment website.
If you have other ideas about how you can help, contact our sale coordinator, Stacy Colman.
